About FlowRefund

Built for people who were charged wrongly.

We are a refund-claims preparation service. We take what happened to you, turn it into a documented claim, and put it in front of the people who can actually reverse the charge — then follow it to a decision.

Why we exist

A refund is won on paper, long before anyone says yes.

Most people who are wrongly charged never get their money back — not because they were in the wrong, but because the process defeated them. The evidence was thin, the wording was vague, or a deadline nobody mentioned quietly passed.

We exist to close that gap. You tell us what happened in plain language; we work out what the provider will actually need to see, chase the gaps, and file it properly while there is still time.

How we work

Three things we do on every case.

01

Assess it honestly

We check the claim against its filing window and tell you straight whether it is worth pursuing. If it is weak, you hear that first — before you spend time on it.

02

Assemble the evidence

Each case type has documents that actually carry weight with a provider. We show you the checklist, take what you have, and chase what is missing.

03

File and follow through

Your evidence becomes a structured claim, filed with the right party under the right rules, then followed up until there is a decision on the record.

What we hold ourselves to

Three commitments we will not trade away.

This is a service people come to when they already feel messed about. The least we can do is be straight with them.

A claim that asserts is a claim that gets refused. We work backwards from what the provider has to justify their decision with — the receipt, the correspondence, the statement line — and build the case around those, not around how strongly you feel about it.

Evidence over assertion

We build the case out of documents a provider can act on, not out of how strongly it is argued.

We watch the clock

Your filing deadline is tracked from day one, and we warn you well before it closes.

Your documents stay private

We say when it is weak

If a claim will not stand up, you hear it from us before you spend any more time on it.
