Tell us what happened
Five minutes, in plain language. No forms full of jargon, no legal wording to get right.
Get startedClaims preparation service — not a bank
Refunds are won on evidence, not on complaints.
Tell us what went wrong and hand over what you have. We turn it into a structured, documented claim, file it with your bank or payment provider, and follow it through to a decision.
We never ask for your card number, your online banking login, or your recovery phrase. What we recover lands in your balance, and you withdraw it wherever you like.

Case types covered, each with its own filing clock
Why we exist
The evidence was thin, the wording was vague, or the deadline quietly passed. We handle the parts that decide the outcome, so a claim that deserves to succeed actually does.
How it works
Five minutes, in plain language. No forms full of jargon, no legal wording to get right.
Get startedWe show you the exact documents that carry weight for your type of case, and chase the gaps.
Get startedYour evidence becomes a structured claim, filed with the right party under the right rules.
Get startedEvery status change is timestamped and visible. You are never left wondering where it stands.
Get startedFiling windows run from the date of the transaction — as little as 60 days for an unauthorised charge. Find out where you stand before the clock runs out.
Check your deadlineWhat we handle
Filing windows are counted from the date of the transaction. Miss the window and even a strong claim gets turned away, so we track it from the moment you start.
A charge you never agreed to, or one that does not match what was actually agreed.
The wrong amount, the wrong currency, or a fee applied that should never have been.
Delivery, customs, or handling fees charged incorrectly or never disclosed up front.
The same transaction billed to you more than once.
A recurring charge that kept going after you cancelled.
You paid for a service that was never actually delivered.
You paid for something that never arrived.
A transaction you did not make and did not authorise.
Another refund situation that does not fit neatly into the list above.

Why choose us
We are not a call centre reading from a script. Every claim is assembled by someone who knows what the provider is going to ask for, and gets it in front of them before the deadline.
See what it costsIf the claim recovers nothing, you owe us nothing.
You always know which documents actually matter.
Every status change is logged and timestamped.
If a claim is weak, we tell you before you spend time on it.

What that covers
No subscription, no upfront charge, and no fee for an assessment that concludes you do not have a claim worth filing.
Questions
No. We take no deposits, pay no interest, issue no cards, and we are not FDIC or NCUA insured. We do receive the money when a claim succeeds and hold it in your balance until you withdraw it — but that balance is your own recovered money awaiting collection, not a savings or payment account, and you can take it out whenever you like.
Never. We ask for the last four digits of the card or account involved, because that is what a dispute filing requires. We will never ask for a full card number, a CVV, an account number, or the credentials to your online banking. Anyone who does is not us.
Nothing. Our fee is 20% of what we actually recover. No recovery means no fee, and the initial assessment is free either way.
It depends on the provider and the type of case. Straightforward duplicate charges are often resolved in a few weeks; disputed transactions that go to a card scheme can take a couple of months. We tell you what to expect for your specific case, and you can see the status at any time.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. The decision rests with the merchant, your bank, or the card scheme. What we can do is make sure the claim is complete, well evidenced, correctly framed, and filed inside the deadline — which is where most claims fall down.
That usually helps. Correspondence showing you tried to resolve it directly is often exactly the evidence a provider wants to see before siding with you. Upload it along with everything else.
They are stored in private, access-controlled storage that only you and the case handler assigned to your claim can reach. Access to sensitive identity documents requires our staff to pass a second authentication factor, and every access is recorded in an audit log.
Yes. You can withdraw a claim at any point before it closes, and you can ask us to delete your account and data.
The check takes half a minute and costs nothing. You will get a straight answer either way.
