FlowRefund — evidence-based refund claims

Two people reviewing documents together at a table

Claims preparation service — not a bank

Refunds are won on evidence, not on complaints.

Tell us what went wrong and hand over what you have. We turn it into a structured, documented claim, file it with your bank or payment provider, and follow it through to a decision.

We never ask for your card number, your online banking login, or your recovery phrase. What we recover lands in your balance, and you withdraw it wherever you like.

Why we exist

Most refund claims fail on process, not on merit.

The evidence was thin, the wording was vague, or the deadline quietly passed. We handle the parts that decide the outcome, so a claim that deserves to succeed actually does.

  • A documented claim, not an angry email
  • We track every filing deadline for you
  • You see exactly where your claim stands

How it works

Four steps, and we do the difficult parts

01

Tell us what happened

02

Upload what you have

We show you the exact documents that carry weight for your type of case, and chase the gaps.

03

We build and file it

Your evidence becomes a structured claim, filed with the right party under the right rules.

04

Track it to a decision

Every status change is timestamped and visible. You are never left wondering where it stands.

Miss the window and even a strong claim gets turned away.

Filing windows run from the date of the transaction — as little as 60 days for an unauthorised charge. Find out where you stand before the clock runs out.

What we handle

We bring evidence to every kind of refund case.

Filing windows are counted from the date of the transaction. Miss the window and even a strong claim gets turned away, so we track it from the moment you start.

Free assessment

Find out where you stand, before the window closes.

Answer six questions and we will tell you honestly whether your claim is still inside its filing window, and which documents will carry the most weight.

  • Takes about 30 seconds
  • No account and no card details needed
  • Nothing is filed until you say so

Check your claim

Six questions, about 30 seconds.

Nothing is filed and no claim is started until you say so.

Why choose us

Unlocking refunds, together.

We are not a call centre reading from a script. Every claim is assembled by someone who knows what the provider is going to ask for, and gets it in front of them before the deadline.

See what it costs

No win, no fee

If the claim recovers nothing, you owe us nothing.

An evidence checklist per case

You always know which documents actually matter.

Visible from end to end

Honest assessments

If a claim is weak, we tell you before you spend time on it.

Assessment is always free

What that covers

  • An honest assessment before you commit
  • A per-case evidence checklist
  • Deadline tracking from day one
  • Your claim drafted and filed for you
  • Follow-up with the provider on your behalf
  • Full status history, start to finish

No subscription, no upfront charge, and no fee for an assessment that concludes you do not have a claim worth filing.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Are you a bank?

No. We take no deposits, pay no interest, issue no cards, and we are not FDIC or NCUA insured. We do receive the money when a claim succeeds and hold it in your balance until you withdraw it — but that balance is your own recovered money awaiting collection, not a savings or payment account, and you can take it out whenever you like.

Do you need my card number or banking login?

Never. We ask for the last four digits of the card or account involved, because that is what a dispute filing requires. We will never ask for a full card number, a CVV, an account number, or the credentials to your online banking. Anyone who does is not us.

What does it cost if the claim fails?

Nothing. Our fee is 20% of what we actually recover. No recovery means no fee, and the initial assessment is free either way.

How long does a claim take?

It depends on the provider and the type of case. Straightforward duplicate charges are often resolved in a few weeks; disputed transactions that go to a card scheme can take a couple of months. We tell you what to expect for your specific case, and you can see the status at any time.

Can you guarantee I will get my money back?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. The decision rests with the merchant, your bank, or the card scheme. What we can do is make sure the claim is complete, well evidenced, correctly framed, and filed inside the deadline — which is where most claims fall down.

What if I have already complained to the merchant?

That usually helps. Correspondence showing you tried to resolve it directly is often exactly the evidence a provider wants to see before siding with you. Upload it along with everything else.

What happens to my documents?

They are stored in private, access-controlled storage that only you and the case handler assigned to your claim can reach. Access to sensitive identity documents requires our staff to pass a second authentication factor, and every access is recorded in an audit log.

Can I stop a claim once it has started?

Yes. You can withdraw a claim at any point before it closes, and you can ask us to delete your account and data.

Ready to find out if you have a claim?

The check takes half a minute and costs nothing. You will get a straight answer either way.
